As co-founder of Unplugged Early Years, she helps parents and practitioners protect the first five years from screen overwhelm—offering calm, research-led guidance rooted in empathy and child development.

David became Chief Executive of Youth Talk in April 2019 and has since led major change and growth, helping more young people with their mental health. With over 30 years’ experience in UK health and youth charities – including the British Heart Foundation and Scout Association – he’s a seasoned leader.

Jessica, founder of First Love Baby Massage and Family Practitioner at Watford & Three Rivers, has over 10 years’ experience supporting families. Passionate about early years and child development, she’s proud to be an ambassador, raising awareness of screen use in under-fives.

With a Master’s in Child Development Psychology and as Director of Manor Tutoring, Hannah champions the power of adult-child connection. A parent herself, she believes change begins with the adults around a child—and that loving, present caregivers build resilience in ways tech never can.

Founder of the 10k St Albans Mums network, she’s spent over a decade connecting families. Karen uses her marketing skills and parenting insight to raise awareness of screen use in early childhood and lead a movement rooted in presence, not pressure.

Kellie is known for playing Linda Carter in the BBC soap EastEnders, for which she won the British Soap Awards for Best Actress and Best Dramatic Performance.

Allowing children more time to stay screen free while tiny brains are developing with as much interaction with the real world as possible is the goal. That way, when they grow up, the real world will be something that they care about and want to be a part of.

She runs a local nonprofit sling library to help families enjoy screen-free adventures outdoors and explore new experiences.
